Deals arrive via email
Forward broker emails to your CREFI agent email address, or connect your Outlook inbox. CREFI monitors for incoming deal packages.
AI parses the deal
CREFI’s agent email AI reads the email and any attachments (offering memos, rent rolls, flyers). It extracts key deal information: property type, location, asking price, unit count, cap rate, and more.
Deal is pre-qualified
CREFI compares the extracted data against your stored investment criteria and underwriting assumptions. It generates a fit score and highlights how the deal aligns (or doesn’t) with your targets.

Managing Your Inbox
Allowlist
Control which email addresses can send deals to your CREFI inbox. You can manage your allowlist from Settings > Agent Email.- Add broker email addresses you regularly receive deals from
- Remove addresses to stop receiving deals from a source
- Email verification ensures only authorized senders can submit deals
Fit Scoring
CREFI scores incoming deals based on criteria you define:- Target property types
- Geographic preferences
- Price range and deal size
- Minimum cap rate or return thresholds
- Property age and condition requirements
